Shipping & Returns

For orders over €100, delivery within Lithuania is free.

Your orders are shipped within 1–4 business days after payment is received. If you have ordered a pre-order item, please make sure to read the product descriptions carefully – the estimated delivery time for each item will be indicated there.

  • Lithuanian Post (within Lithuania and abroad)

DELIVERY COSTS:

  • For orders over €100, delivery within Lithuania is free
  • Pickup from Omniva parcel terminals in Lithuania – €3
  • Delivery via Lithuanian Post within Lithuania – €4.5
  • Delivery to European Union countries – €15. Delivery to non-EU countries – €20

RETURNS WITHIN LITHUANIA:

All items (except socks) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed to your account within 14 business days.

Returns are paid by the customer.

When returning purchased products, you must also return any complimentary gift items included with the order. If the gift item(s) are not returned, their original retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important: we are not responsible for the availability of free lockers at your selected Omniva location. The locker system automatically opens a compartment of any size. If the one opened doesn’t suit your package, you can choose a different size on the screen (larger/smaller). If this option is unavailable, it means that size is currently not available at that location.

In such cases, please contact Omniva customer service directly.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

  • Returns are paid for and handled by the customer.
  • International returns must be sent at the customer’s own responsibility, using a reliable courier or postal service such as UPS, DHL, or Lithuanian Post, etc.
  • If the return parcel is lost or not delivered, the customer bears the responsibility.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Items should be in a perfect condition, just as received
  • Include all original tags and labels
  • Be clean, undamaged, and free of makeup or any other marks
  • Be in the original packaging (if the original packaging is damaged, please repackage it securely to ensure safe return)
